Emergency and acute care medicine

Emergency medicine is currently the prime focus of research in medicinal research. Emergency medicine is the medical specialty treatment for undifferentiated, unscheduled patients with injuries or illnesses requiring immediate medical attention in the acute phase. Urgent care is especially the treatment for injuries or illnesses requiring immediate care outside of a traditional emergency room. Urgent care is not for surgical services, it is only for an emergency purpose. Generally, Urgent care is served by nurses, physician assistants, and medical assistants.
